The Bike Station Returns Policy

At The Bike Station we want you to be 100% satisfied with your shopping experience, so if you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods to notify us. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.

  • Goods must be accompanied by original receipt/invoice.
  • Goods must be in their original manufacturers packaging.
  • Goods must not be used in any way.
  • Postage costs of returns/exchanges are not covered.
  • It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the goods are returned safely to us.
  • We will refund the item cost (less our shipping cost) to your credit card.
  • Any damage caused in transit - as a result of inadequate packaging - is the responsibility of the sender. Signing for items that have clearly been damaged by the courier is the responsibility of the receiver.
